Greater Victoria's municipalities each run their own permitting office, and requirements are not identical from one to the next. As general contractor, we own that process end to end: we pull the permits, coordinate with the assigned building inspector, and schedule and supervise every trade - excavation, concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing - under one contract, so there is no gap for a subcontractor to disappear into when something goes wrong.
Our own in-house divisions, ACAP Electric and ACAP Plumbing, handle the electrical and plumbing scope on every project we general contract, so trade coordination never leaves the ACAP team.
