Flooring
The right floor, on the right subfloor, installed after the messy trades are done.
Flooring performance depends on what is underneath. We manage subfloor preparation (levelling, moisture checks, underlayment) along with installation of hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and carpet.
Material choice depends on the room and the build. Engineered wood and vinyl plank handle moisture and concrete slabs better than solid hardwood, and radiant or heat-pump-driven comfort affects what products suit. Materials also need time to acclimatize to the house before installation, which we build into the schedule.
Flooring goes in after drywall, most painting and cabinetry rough work, so it is not damaged by other trades, with final protection in place until handover.
