Painting
Careful prep and clean lines. Paint is the last thing you see, so it is the first thing you judge.
Good paint work is mostly preparation: patching, sanding, caulking, priming and masking. We manage interior and exterior painting for new homes and renovations, from priming new drywall to the final coat on trim, doors and cabinetry.
On new builds we sequence painting so that it is protected from the trades that follow: priming and a first coat before flooring and cabinets, then touch-ups and the final coat once the heavy work is finished. Exterior painting and staining is planned around weather, since coatings need dry conditions to cure properly.
Colour selection, sheen and low-VOC product choices are agreed with you before any paint is opened.
