Drywall turns a framed building into rooms. We manage hanging, taping, multiple coats of compound and sanding, with the finish level matched to the room: standard level for closets and garages, higher levels where walls get gloss paint, strong side lighting, or a feature finish.
Drywall also closes the walls on every other rough-in, so it only starts once the framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and insulation inspections have passed. Compound needs time and steady conditions to dry between coats, which we build into the schedule instead of rushing it.
Dust and moisture control matter in an occupied home, so for renovations we plan containment and cleanup as part of the scope.
